Our Strategic Goals

1. Providing competitive, entrepreneurial, and innovative graduates who have combined theory and practice through COOP education in their respective fields, who are capable of succeeding in academic, business, and public/private institution exams at national and international levels, and who speak at least one foreign language.
2. Becoming an attractive educational and research center at regional, national, and international levels for students and academics at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
3. Having a total of 15% international students at undergraduate and graduate levels; sending at least 10% of our students through international exchange programs; attracting exchange students to our programs.
4. Graduating our students prepared for the Industry 4.0 transformation in the global world by improving our curriculum.
5. Strengthening our academic staff with a sufficient number of experts in the main branches and disciplines in the departments.
6. Conducting pioneering and transformative research and projects in collaboration with the business world through intra-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary teams in our departments and research centers.
7. Participating in scientific conferences, symposiums, etc. that serve the vision, mission, goals, and values of our university and faculty.
8. Instilling the consciousness of fulfilling necessary responsibilities for society and the environment at all levels.
9. Contributing to the development of the financial resources of our university and faculty.
10. Training, attracting, and developing qualified human resources.
